Our sole mission is provide safe havens and support to those stepping back into society from incarceration and those teetering on the edge of homelessness.
With two pivotal locations offering transitional and bridge housing, 29 beds shared Bridge and Transitional housing sites in Los Angeles, where we stand as a beacon of hope and transformation in the heart of our community.

In 2011, she transformed the property into a ray of hope — TDD Supportive Living’s first site. Now, with over two decades of sobriety and a wealth of experience in hand, Deborah leads “The Home for Second Chances,” a place where education and life skills pave the road to community thriving.

Guiding Lights at T.D.D. Supportive Living
Yhunuan Maloof brings 25 years of experience in the real estate industry with 20 years as a licensed real estate broker and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA. His career spans multiple facets of the real estate sector. He has assisted TDD Supportive Services, Inc. since its inception with strategic real estate solutions, including real property transactions and secured debt restructuring. A strong advocate for social impact, Mr. Maloof is committed to leveraging real estate as a tool for positive change.
Mr. Maloof is also President of Interest Realty Mortgage, a Los Angeles based full service real estate and mortgage company dedicated to providing personalized solutions to clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers to commercial investors seeking expert guidance in buying, selling, or financing real property.
James J. Drake is a seasoned international business executive and investor with over a decade of experience bridging global markets. He began his career in China as a strategic consultant, where he specialized in market entry, operational efficiency, and cross-cultural advisory services for both Western and Chinese enterprises. Transitioning into business development, James played a pivotal role in scaling cross-border e-commerce operations, ultimately serving as General Manager for a leading Chinese e-commerce firm, where he led international expansion, logistics optimization, and digital commerce growth. Today, James is a Partner at Horizon Industries Limited, a diversified investment and trading firm, where He focuses on strategic growth, deal structuring, and new market initiatives.
In addition to his role at Horizon, James actively invests his personal capital in real estate and venture opportunities, with a keen interest in emerging technologies, supply chain innovation, and alternative assets. His career reflects a deep commitment to global commerce, entrepreneurial agility, and long-term value creation.
